Returns Policy
All products are considered used once they leave our warehouse and are non-returnable. However, defective items may be eligible for replacement. To initiate a return for a defective product, please contact us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Defective Products
- Timeframe: Defective items can be replaced or exchanged within 14 days of receipt.

Refused or Canceled Orders
Refused or canceled orders will incur:
- A 25% restocking fee.

- Final Sale: All sales are final. Products are considered used as soon as they leave our warehouse.
- Opened or Used Products: Refunds are not available for opened or used items. Opened or used defective items may only be replaced with the same or a similar product.
- Damaged Packaging: If the packaging is visibly damaged or defective, do not open the item. Contact customer service immediately to request an RMA.
